style of vinyasa flow yoga that focuses on breath based movement and safe alignment. All classes finish with a 5-10 minute period of deep relaxation.
We also offer great de-stress sessions such as our Slow Flow Meditation and Restorative Yoga classes.

Feel great for the rest of the day after beginning with a fun and energising yoga routine. These early morning classes incorporate fluid yoga
movements and energising breath practices. There are also short periods of higher intensity interval workouts followed by deep stretching.

This is a mixed level class suited for those who enjoy a balanced yoga practice. You will enjoy a blend of easier and then slightly more energising
and challenging yoga sequences. Perfect if you are after a balanced class and happy to take your practice a little further.
The main focus of this class is restorative yoga with some gentle slow flow yoga and deep stretches incorporated throughout. In these classes
you will move and stretch your body with gentle yoga postures and then use a range of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to
ease your body into states of deep healing and relaxation.
Enjoy the complete yoga experience with a soothing yoga practice, followed by deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation. This is the way
yoga should be practiced – move your body, stretch out all the tension, then completely release your mind. Suitable for everyone including
beginners and pregnancy.
A 6 week progressive class that takes you from the basics to a great level of confidence in a short time. Learn the basic postures,how
to breathe properly, principles of relaxation and some of the other interesting aspects of yoga. Bookings essential.
