Being Yoga has a great team of teachers and a wide variety of yoga classes for all levels. Our Brisbane northside yoga classes specialise in a style of vinyasa flow yoga that focuses on breath based movement and safe alignment. All classes finish with a 5-10 minute period of deep relaxation.

We also offer great de-stress sessions such as our Slow Flow Meditation and Restorative Yoga classes. 

New to yoga?  Join one of our great Beginners Yoga courses that run regularly throughout the year. 

Looking for more?  Join us for a retreat or dive into some deeper learning with our regular yoga training courses.
