Course Details
Throughout this six week meditation course, taught at the beautiful Urban Calm centre at Noosaville, on the Sunshine Coast, you will learn the fundamentals of a safe and highly effective technique of meditation that can sustain you throughout life. Based on time honoured practices from the East and modern research in the West, this practice works to actively engage the mind and harness its restless energies.
Gradually refined over the six weeks of the course, the meditation practice will systematically take you deeper and more effectively into the quiet space of natural peace, inner healing and effortless calm.
Each session will consist of periods of meditation practice plus a weekly discourse and group discussion about the many fascinating aspects of your mind. You will be introduced to a deeper understanding about human awareness, personal choice and the power you have to more effectively determine your health and future.
Meditation ultimately inspires you to live long and live well. When practiced correctly, with the right technique and ongoing support, it can become your greatest friend and ally on this often rocky path of life.
