Pregnancy Yoga Course

Yoga is an ideal tool for pregnancy, labour, birth and motherhood.

During this 6 week prenatal course we will cover:

  • Basic Yoga postures for pregnancy, birth and early motherhood

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Body, mind and spirit connection and bonding with baby

  • tools for labour and recovery

No matter how long you have to go – this series of yoga classes will be invaluable to this phase of life.

Time:  Saturdays 9.30am - 11am

Price: $85 for 6 classes (classes to be used within this one course - make up classes are available)
