Best Carrot Cake Ever

1 cup SR flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup raw sugar
2 large free range eggs
1/2 cup cold pressed oil
1 cup grated carrot
400g canned crushed pineapple (drain juice before use)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180 deg Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients except the carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
Fold in the carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
Grease and flour a cake tin.
Bake 35-40 mins.
