Nut Museli Bar

1/3 C Coconut Oil
1/2 C Honey or Agave or Maple Syrup
1/2 C Almond Butter or Tahini
2 C rolled Oats
1.5 C puffed brown rice
1 C crushed nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans)
2 tbs sultanas or goji berries

1. Preheat the oven to 160 and line a slice tray with baking paper
2. Melt oil, sweetener and almond butter in a small saucepan on medium heat
3. Combine oats, puffed rice, nuts and sultanas in a large bowl
4. Pour honey mixture over oats mix and stir until oats are well coated.
5. pour mix into tray and press down firmly
6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes
7. leave to cool, place in the fridge for 30mins then cut into bars
8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
