8 days in paradise! Your blissful yoga retreat escape in Bali this winter might be just the tonic you need to get back into great shape, and re-discover perfect health.
This years retreat will focus on the transformative practice of chakra vinyasa yoga. This style of yoga moves beyond just a physical series of movements toward a whole body/mind/spirit approach to personal growth and awakening.
So... what might eight days of daily yoga practice, morning meditations, luxurious massages, new friendships and delicious vegetarian meals do for your state of mind and body?
A holiday like no other!
Bali is a land of pure heart. The most dazzling green fields,
the warmth of that endless summery sun and the genuine smiles on the faces of
locals makes you feel instantly at home.
There’s something special about getting away.
Your yoga retreat vacation is unlike anything you’re going to
experience at home. Getting away on holiday means getting away from it all!
"Thank
you for a wonderful retreat, your efforts, attention to detail, the planning of
the classes and the music all made for an inspiring 8 days of
yoga.
I’m looking forward to many more Being Yoga retreats"
Leanne
Your Teachers Michael Daly and Vanessa Rudge have been facilitating retreats, teacher training programmes and powerful workshops in Australia and abroad for well over ten years. They operate two busy yoga studios in Coolum and Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.
They present a wonderfully alive style of evolutionary vinyasa yoga that focusses itself around four pillars - Awakened Body, Awakened Energy, Awakened Mind and Awakened Heart.
Their way of practice is highly integrative, moving from the body towards an increasingly subtle relationship with the breath and states of consciousness.

the incredible beauty of the Balinese coutryside, the resort, the passing family

opening and my cup filling up." Vicki
