Julianna Garrad

Growing up in remote Northern Territory, Julianna was always active, running around the bush, riding horses, water skiing and every other outdoor adventure imaginable. However there wasn't even a whisper of a gym or yoga studio for thousands of kilometres.It wasn't until she moved to the Sunshine Coast that Julianna discovered organised exercise!

"I discovered yoga in my mid 30's and after experiencing this slow dance of breath and movement I was hooked"

Soon yoga became her favourite thing 'to do', the strength and power of asanas then the gentle reminder to breath and let go was the perfect balance.

Julianna is also a qualified masseuse and personal trainer - how the body works both physically and emotionally has become her fascination and she looks forward to sharing this path of education and growth with everyone that joins her on the mat.
