Being Yoga | Sunshine Coast Yoga Retreat

Join Michael Daly and Vanessa Rudge as they lead you into the nourishing yet uplifting atmosphere of a three day sacred yoga retreat.

The retreat commences at 10am on Friday 5 Novemebr and concludes at 3pm Sunday 7 November.

We are excited to offer this beautiful retreat, where the practices of yoga and meditation are explored as a vehicle toward replenishing ourselves so we have more to give to our loved ones and society.

Activities include:

Daily hatha yoga practice in our dynamic vinyasa (flowing) style of yoga

Morning group meditations

Guided yoga nidra deep relaxation experiences

Talks on yoga, awareness and loving kindness practices

Small group workshops

Evening programmes include massage, music and other fun activities

Delicious vegetarian meals.

Periods of silence

These Yoga and Meditation weekend retreats are a wonderful opportunity to rest, recharge, explore deep within and share in the company of beautiful like minded people.

Retreats are held at the community room at Chenrizig Retreat Centre, near Eudlo, on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Costs are $210 for a weekend of yoga and activities. Food and accommodation is extra and payable to Chenrizig, at around $110 depending on choice of accommodation.
